The Bexleyheath Stage School of Dancing is a thriving & focused dancing school with emphasis on performance, technique and enjoyment. Madam Yandie founded the school in 1972, Janette Williams, was one of the school's first pupils and has now been principal for 35 years. For many years, pupils have gained much experience and pleasure in performing and engaging in annual shows, professional pantomimes, festivals, cabaret shows, modelling, backing singing, film, charity work and being a part of the English Youth Ballet, National Youth Ballet, and Billy Elliot the musical (London) to name a few. The school is also renowned for its performances nationally and internationally. Pupils range from 18 months - 60 years, of which a number of pupils go on to respectable full time dance colleges/universities, to further their career in dance and musical theatre. Our aim is to develop and promote individual talent.
