Can we just take a moment for this one!
Her first marathon and she flipping smashed it and more importantly she loved it and wants to do another! If that doesn’t sum up a good day at the office I don’t know what will!!!
It was never in doubt that would do well today, she has been an absolute pleasure to coach and I have loved being a small part of her journey.
Now it’s time to rest, rehydrate, eat, enjoy that glass of wine and wear your medal for at least 1 week!! 🥇

Hi everyone!
As you know I am now a qualified level 3 Mat Pilates instructor. Since qualifying I have been practicing alone, with friends and with family, building up my confidence and knowledge.
I am now in the process of brain storming how I can deliver this and make it part of my business.

Thank you to these wonderful ladies for allowing me to use them as guinea pigs and teach my first group Pilates class tonight.
As you know,I qualified as a level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor at Christmas so I’m using the next few weeks to keep practicing different class structures, different ideas and gain confidence in teaching whilst taking on valuable feedback along the way.
Watch this space for further information on 1 to 1 sessions and group classes that will be open to all to attend 🧘🏼♀️

Morning swim before work practicing tumble turns!
A success rate of 25% I’d say, the rest of the time I was shooting off the wrong way, swallowing water and getting a bit dizzy 🥴.
Off to a meeting now with my goggle marks that don’t seem to want to shift!
Any tips on how to reduce/prevent these???

Not all runs are good.
Really rode the struggle bus 🚌 on Fridays long run.
I’d intended to do 16miles however I just felt 🩲 from the get go so cut it short by 2 miles.
I think a combo of the weather being drab, my route changing because of flooding, not having my normal 🥣 and if I’m honest having a bit of a bad attitude was never going to make for a successful morning! 😂
Anyhow, miles were banked anyway.
Remember not all runs are goodies but they make the good ones feel so much better 😁

Congratulations on celebrating 3 years sober with your first ever half marathon!

Kat came to me with a goal of wanting to be able to run a 5 km Park Run. That goal soon escalated to I want to run a half marathon! So with a 12 week structured running plan supported by weekly strength sessions Kat put the work in, committed and achieved her goal! What better way to celebrate her 3 year anniversary 🙌
