There’s something satisfying about seeing the first surfaces emerge 👀
Every CNC toolpath removes just enough clay to reveal the design beneath, creating the starting point for our clay modellers to refine every curve, line and detail by hand.
Which stage of the design process do you enjoy seeing most? Sketching, digital surfacing, CNC machining, clay modelling or the finished model? Let us know in the comments!

Our Stratasys F370 and F770 FDM printers have been hard at work supporting a range of ongoing projects. From concept prototypes to bespoke clay supports, they help us turn ideas into reality with speed, precision and reliability.
With one of the largest build volumes in the Stratasys range, the F770 gives us the flexibility to produce large scale parts in a single print or maximise efficiency by printing multiple components at once!

The final results.
From the initial scan to a fully textured 3D model. With realistic colour and geometry, the model can be explored on a tablet, rotated, sketched over in Procreate, viewed in augmented reality or used as the foundation for the next stages of development.
This workflow is particularly valuable during product development, making it easy to share concepts with clients who can’t be there in person. Whether for design reviews, feedback or presentations, it brings the model to them.

TVR Sagaris at the studio this week 🟠
Using the Artec Leo, we’re able to rapidly capture highly accurate 3D scan data with up to 0.2 mm resolution and 0.1 mm accuracy, creating a precise digital foundation for reverse engineering and CAD development.
From scan data to production ready surfaces, this workflow helps us deliver faster, more accurate results for our clients.
Exciting projects in the works 👀

The Audi Nuvolari feels like a return to Audi at its best. The purity of the original TT, the stance and presence of the R8, reimagined through a design language focused on radical simplicity. Clean surfaces, confident proportions and every line serving a purpose. Bauhaus Brutalism.
The only thing missing? The V10 badge on the back 👀
What are your thoughts on the new Nuvolari? Let us know below! ⬇️💭

The Ferrari Luce design has people split, similar to the reaction around Jaguar’s recent rebrand.
Interesting how the moment iconic brands embrace minimalism and boldness, people start questioning what made them iconic in the first place.
Some see evolution, others see brands moving too far away from their roots.
There’s also the argument that when a car carries a price tag this high, people expect it to stand out more, especially when some are comparing parts of the exterior design to that of the latest Toyota Prius.
Then there’s the interior. Does the clean, ultra digital “product design” approach feel refined and futuristic… or has it stared to feel more like the latest phone than a Ferrari cockpit?
Maybe that’s the bigger shift happening in luxury right now. Performance is becoming easier to replicate, almost everyone can produce a 1,000+ bhp car now. The real differentiator is starting to become design philosophy, identity, and how a brand makes people feel.
What do you think of Ferrari’s latest design? Share your thoughts with us below!! ⬇️💭
