You don’t look like you’re struggling.
Most people wouldn’t even notice.
But you feel it.
That heaviness.
That constant pull back into thoughts.
That quiet feeling that something still isn’t right.
This is what grief can look like.
Not loud.
Not obvious.
But always there.
And the hardest part?
Wondering why you’re still feeling like this.
Inside my free masterclass tomorrow, I’m going to show you:
• Why this happens
• What keeps it going
• And how to start feeling lighter, without losing the connection to them

Mother’s Day can bring a surge of emotion for people who have lost their mum.
Not because they are “going backwards” in grief, but because meaningful dates activate powerful memories and associations in the brain.
The flowers in the supermarket.
The adverts.
The conversations about plans.
All of these reminders can make the absence feel louder for a moment.
For some people the day itself is difficult.
For others it’s the build-up that feels hardest.
There is no right or wrong way to experience it.
Understanding that these reactions are connected to how the brain and nervous system process loss can sometimes make it easier to be gentler with yourself.
If Mother’s Day feels heavy this year, you’re not alone in that.
What do you find hardest about Mother’s Day?
Is it the build-up or the day itself?
Do you have something small that helps you feel close to your mum? You sharing, may help others on their grief journey.

This month, myself and the amazing ladies in my membership are focusing on one powerful theme — Mindset.
Why? Because your mindset shapes everything.
It determines how you see yourself, how you handle challenges, and how much you believe you deserve.
You can have the best intentions, but if your thoughts are full of self-doubt, guilt, or fear , they’ll quietly sabotage your progress.
That’s why this month we’re rewiring beliefs and strengthening the power of positive thinking. 💪
Here are a few small shifts that make a big difference:
✨ Visualise success — your brain believes what it sees.
✨ Replace negative thoughts with kinder truths.
✨ Practise gratitude daily — it rewires your focus toward what’s working.
✨ Speak kindly to yourself — your words create your reality.
Every time you choose a better thought, you’re building a stronger, more resilient version of you.
If this resonates and you’re ready to join a community of women doing this powerful work together — you’re so welcome to join us. 💖

Monday Morning....
💭 “I know what I should do… but I just don’t do it.”
Sound familiar? Most people think procrastination is about laziness or time management. The truth is: it’s a mindset and identity problem. 🧠
Here’s why: your brain is wired to avoid discomfort. Starting a new habit feels risky, so it resists. The secret? Small, consistent wins.
Tip 1: Start with micro-actions—commit to just 5 minutes. Your brain likes small, safe steps.
Tip 2: Align your actions with your identity. Instead of “I’m lazy,” say: “I’m becoming someone who follows through.”

Ok so I need to be totally honest! I've been sat procrastinating and scared for some while. I've wanted to launch but there's been resistance...but want the truth...I've been worried what will people think, am I good enough....all the thoughts my own 121 clients have and I teach them how to overcome. Now I know all the theory, but putting it into practice is different. So I'm feeling the fear and doing it anyway....join me for a messy imperfect masterclass tomorrow night, where I share my grief journey, the losses and the gains. I will share the strategies I have used that have genuinely transformed my life. I want to take you on a journey where you don't feel as alone. I want you to know there is hope and fulfilment after loss, divorce, and struggles. Sometimes we just need a helping hand, that push and that's what I'm here to do. Fancy it? Say YES in the comments and I will send you the link!
Thank you so much for all your support ❤️
