Hi Everyone! I just wanted to pop on and say Hi and welcome to new followers!
Incase you didn’t know already,I’m Becky! 🥰
I thought I’d start the New Year Post with a little bit about me and how I ended up in the Fitness industry. 🏋️♂️
So my journey started January 2018. The December before id just experienced my 4th missed miscarriage. 👼🏻
It was a very low point in my life,I was in so much pain physically and emotionally and like most women who have gone through this,I blamed myself,my body for letting me down. 💔 Despite this experience I still had a son who needed me so I made the decision to improve my lifestyle and mental health for him. I wasn’t expecting great things but wanted to at least try.
So…
I joined the gym.I threw myself into going to classes,I got myself a great PT and found a new passion,I got addicted when I started seeing results. I lost over 5 stone. Then the biggest achievement of all I was blessed with a healthy pregnancy and had my little girl 👩🍼
I returned back to training when I was 6 weeks post partrum,lost the 3 stone I happily put on during pregnancy and I found a balance with being a working mum of 2 and still going to the gym. Then lockdown happened. And after receiving a number of messages of friends and then of friends of friends who all reached out for my help and advice,me and my husband decided to use our savings to get me qualified so I could give the right help and advice. It started of as a little side hustle,a hobby but then it became a reality,I dreamed of being able to help women who wanted to be happier in themselves but struggled with making that first step. So I took the leap and left my full time job,took an additional course is Womens health so I could be a Women’s Fitness specialist and created my brand,Bodyfusionbybeckylovatt.
With a lot of love,support and encouragement from my family and friends,I have been fortunate enough to help lots of women gain confidence and become a happier,healthier version of themselves. And I still get to do it. I’ve never looked back and I love every single day,it’s not a job to me. It’s women supporting women. 💁🏻♀️
I’ve done a full circle and now I am based at the very gym that changed my life,working beside the very people that contributed to my journey and I’m still learning from them. 💚
So I think I’ve covered everything! That’s all about me. Just a little PT in your pocket,married with 2 Children and a massive Elvis Presley fan. 👨👩👧👦🕺🎸

Today I crawled myself back to reality! I drank 3 litres of water,took my vitamins and mentally prepared myself for getting back to it tomorrow! 🙌
Starting my new programme with a 5am workout before my shift YourGym then onto a full afternoon of clients looking for direction amid the Post Christmas blues 🎄💙
My diary is now open for new clients. I have limited slots starting next week before I reach full capacity. 🥰

I LOVE reading these posts. I LOVE the confidence and personal happiness that I’ve helped create for this newly inspired gym bunny.
Michelle has been with me since February PTing at home and I finally got her to join the gym in September because I knew she was ready to be introduced to other types of training…and now here she is.
I’ve taken her to new levels of physical and mental strengths and encouraged her to follow her heart and now she is training to enter her first Hyrox with our very own Max YourGym I will continue to support and watch her flourish and as she has quite rightfully said we have become friends and regularly train together now. This is what I’m about. Helping women to believe in themselves,to conquer any doubts and to feel good about themselves. It’s not always about weight,it’s about how we feel,it’s about accepting what we can and can’t change and it’s about being a better version of ourselves,for ourselves and our families. 💗💗
