Youth in Mind is a youth-led wellbeing programme from Warrington Youth Zone, giving young people a safe space to talk openly about their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

🤝 Our Key Workers provide:
• 1-to-1 support tailored to you
• Group sessions to connect and share
• Helpful resources & coping strategies
• Referrals to additional support if needed
