12-week mini cut complete ๐ค
17 inches down & 6.25kg lostโฆ and feeling STRONGER, not smaller ๐
This wasnโt about extremes โ I adapted my output and nutrition strategically to drop body fat while maintaining muscle mass (the goal always ๐ช).
I kept things realistic tooโฆ a weekly off-plan meal AND still enjoyed my birthday (yes, there was cake ๐).
Proof you donโt need to be perfect โ you just need to be consistent and smart with your approach.
Now itโs time gradually reverse out and to build again ๐

Rest days!!!
Never under estimate a day off training and letting your body recover.
Following on from my last post...... here is what my NTD (none training days) food currently looks like.
I alternate with protein sources and veg or salad depending on what I feel like but usually stick to the same for convenience!
Meal 1 is the BEST meal of my week and 1 ill never get bored of!
Considering I was " i cant eat breakfast " person I look forward my days off for the meal 1 haha.
1 cappuccino- doesnt mean I only have 1 coffee. Those that know me know coffee is my life ๐คฃ๐คฃ im referring to the liquid cals in milk or speciality coffee. So I limit my other coffees to americano and splash of milk or espresso style.
Tonight was this pulled bbq pork in the slow cooker and it was insane!!! If you want the reciepe let me know and ill send it over!

Coming towards the end of my own cut and a few messages asking what im eating!!
This has changed during my cut phase to meet the needs of my body and how its responded.
So here it is! 5 days a week I eat very similar just make swaps with protein/carbs.
Final week of this phase before reversing out to maintenance ๐

If I could've told myself in 2024 that I dont need to chase calories training to achieve a stronger more conditioned physique id not of believed it.๐ฅน
Spending time........
Slowing down, focusing on building muscle, learning to be uncomfortable with eating in surplus, trusting the process..........staying consistent with training and nutrition.๐
Building muscle takes time but this is what creates that "lean" look that we strive for and we have to be patience. ๐ช
Having the right program, yes it may get boring but showing up and working on progressive overload is the ๐ to a stronger version of you.
