So here's an update on Katie and Lucy's availability and I also have some availability in the 28th July.

Small groups can be 3,4,5,6 participants - age Yr4 to Yr7
Cost is £12 per player

2-1's also available for players who play the similar position i.e. midcourters, defenders, shooters or opposites GS/GK. Any age.
Cost is £15 per player.

Payment of £12 per player needs to be made in advance as soon as the date is confimed by SG Coaching.

We kicked off our summer small group sessions last night with 12 fabulous girls from St.Helen's Bees Netball Club. The girls gained some insight into Katie's journey as a netballer, experienced a county style fitness section and then worked on attacking, and defending skills switching between the two. Great work by them all ❤️

Congratulations to Katie, who received 'Players Player' from the Notts Forest U21 team mates on Saturday.

We still have availability left for our summer sessions. We are going to extend this to 2 to 1 sessions. So grab a like minded netball buddie and be ready for a fun and challenging session 💪🏻. For more info drop me a private message ☺️. These sessions are £15 per player.

Booking is now live for Small Group Summer Training with sisters Katie and Lucy Gough.

Both girls have represented Nottingham Forest Netball Franchise this season and have a wealth of experience of performance netball at county/franchise level between them.

We are looking for groups of 6 girls to coach in hour blocks over the summer.
Age groups - U9, U10, U11, U12
Dates are:
Tuesday 7th July - 5-6pm, 6-7pm, 7-8pm

Tuesday 14th July - 5-6pm, 6-7pm, 7-8pm

Tuesday 21st July - 1-2pm, 2-3pm, 3-4pm, 4-5pm, 5.30-6.30pm, 6.30-7.30pm

Tuesday 28th July - 1-2pm, 2-3pm, 3-4pm, 4-5pm, 5.30-6.30pm, 6.30-7.30pm

Tuesday 4th Aug - 1-2pm, 2-3pm, 3-4pm, 4-5pm, 5.30-6.30pm, 6.30-7.30pm.

To book get a group of 6 netballers together and one parent to complete the Google form stating the dates you'd like. You can book single one off sessions or weekly sessions. Just choose which dates you'd like.

Sessions are £12 per player and held locally at Penketh Youth Centre.
