On Friday, Year 3 investigated right angles. We went on a hunt around the classroom with our right-angle finder to identify all the different places right angles are hiding!

Year 1 enjoyed completing a My Happy Mind lesson yesterday, where we explored what makes each of us special and unique.

The children reflected on their own strengths, talents and qualities before creating wonderful drawings to celebrate what makes them who they are. We loved hearing their thoughtful ideas and seeing their creativity shine!

Year 4 have been looking at why the Roman army were so successful and how they were one of the reasons the Roman Empire could expand as it did. We have been looking at fighting formations and the famous tortoise formation.

What an incredible time the children are having in China!

So far, they have visited the iconic Bund, enjoyed a memorable cruise along the Huangpu River, and explored the beautiful Zhujiajiao Ancient Town. They have also experienced travelling on China's impressive bullet train network.

The adventure continues as they are now spending time with their partner school in Nanjing, making new friends, learning about Chinese culture, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

It has been wonderful to see their enthusiasm, curiosity, and confidence grow with every new experience. We look forward to sharing more highlights from their journey!

The children had a fantastic time learning new skills, building their confidence, and having lots of fun throughout the day.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported our PTA fundraising events. This wonderful opportunity was fully funded by PTA fundraising money, and we are incredibly grateful for your continued support in helping to provide enriching experiences for our children.
