Worth a read if you want to become a better person, build a better life, and succeed in the journey you’ve chosen.

It’s free advice too… unless you scroll past for another reel that makes you laugh for 5 seconds and adds nothing to your life.

1 — Find exercise you genuinely enjoy.
It may take time, and you might not love it straight away, but perseverance matters. Learn to appreciate the ability to move your body because somewhere, someone who is paralysed would give anything to have that opportunity. Train because you can, not because you have to.

2 — Eat in a way you can actually sustain.
If your goal is fat loss, stay in a calorie deficit. If your goal is muscle gain, stay in a surplus. But don’t follow extreme diets you secretly hate because you’ll never maintain them long term. I’m personally eating in a surplus— and trust me, that’s a whole different ball game.

3 — Cut down on processed foods and eat more whole foods.
Your body, mind, energy, skin, sleep, and overall health will thank you for it. You don’t need perfection, just better choices more consistently.

4 — If you struggle with depression, give yourself a fighting chance. Jim Carey said it perfectly:

«“I believe depression is legitimate. But I also believe that if you don’t exercise, eat nutritious food, get sunlight, consume positive material, and surround yourself with support, then you aren’t giving yourself a fighting chance.”»

That quote hit me hard because I used to be massively depressed myself. My first instinct was to run straight to a doctor for medication before fixing any of the basic foundations in my life. Sometimes we look for the quickest solution while ignoring the things that truly help us heal.

5 — Be kinder to yourself, and help others when you can.
If you see someone struggling — even a stranger — ask if they’re okay. Ask how you can help. A small act of kindness can genuinely change someone’s day. And strangely enough, helping others often helps heal parts of ourselves too.

6 — Love your family and invest time into them.
We don’t have forever. One day the conversations, the laughs, the dinners, and the little moments will become memories you wish you could relive one more time. The people who love you most are usually the ones standing beside you during your darkest hours. Spend time with them while you still can.

7 — The partner you choose will shape your life.
Choose someone who supports your goals, brings peace instead of chaos, listens when you speak, asks about your day, and genuinely wants to see you win. Life is hard enough already — your relationship shouldn’t make it harder.

And if someone is physically or mentally abusive toward you, seek help immediately. Never convince yourself that you deserve it, because you don’t.

8 — If you’ve struggled with fertility or having children, please know your life still has purpose.
A lot of people followed me because of my own fertility journey, so this one is personal to me. Society makes us believe becoming a mother or father is the only path to fulfilment, but it isn’t. You are still a family. You are still complete.

For years, I wanted children more than anything. But over time, my perspective completely changed. I found happiness, peace, purpose, and freedom in a different life than the one I originally imagined. And that’s okay too.

9 - Get a pug, never see someone depressed with a pug 😆 Nellie mine is so funny, bloody love the loaf of bread I do

If you’ve read all of this and want help, advice, or just someone to talk to, feel free to message me.

I’m currently in 🇹🇭 so replies may take time, but I’ll always try to give people the time and respect they deserve.

Being on holiday doesn’t mean abandoning the habits that make me feel my best. 🌞🏋️‍♂️
For me, training isn’t about punishment or obsession — it’s about discipline, self-respect, and keeping promises to myself.

Even a short workout keeps my mind clear, my energy high, and helps me stay grounded while enjoying life. Discipline isn’t about being perfect, it’s about staying consistent even when routines change. That’s the mindset I’m proud of building. 💪

Currently training out in Bang Tao, Thailand at one of the world’s top Muay Thai and MMA gyms 🇹🇭👊

This journey is not just about becoming a better athlete — it’s about becoming a better coach and personal trainer for the people I work with every day.

Learning from elite fighters, world-class coaches, and high-level athletes is giving me a whole new level of knowledge, discipline, and understanding that I’ll be bringing back into my coaching and training sessions.

A huge part of my long-term goal is helping women and young people build confidence, fitness, resilience, and the ability to protect themselves if ever needed. In today’s world, I truly believe self-defence, mindset, and physical confidence are more important than ever.

I’m investing in myself so I can give even more back to others — helping people become stronger physically and mentally.

Big things ahead 💪🔥

Life is all about balance. While holidaying in Thailand, I love training hard, eating healthy, and also enjoying the foods and moments that make life fun. A healthy lifestyle shouldn’t feel restrictive — life’s too short not to create one you genuinely enjoy.

One of the best things is sharing that mindset with someone who pushes you to grow. Me and Michael enjoy the same balance in life, support each other’s goals, and always encourage each other to be better. The right partner should elevate you, inspire you, and make the journey even more enjoyable 💪🌴

Hey Kings & Queens 👑

I’m off to Thailand 🇹🇭, so I won’t be taking on anyone new or replying to messages until 1st June.

Classes are coming very soon, so stay locked in and keep your eyes peeled 👀

And just to say — someone called me a “loser” for still training while I’m away… but training isn’t a punishment, it’s a privilege. That mindset doesn’t switch off just because I’m on holiday.

See you all in June 💪
