We spent both Saturday and Sunday jumping at Felbridge last week.
Saturday, Cerys Spillsbury and Dora in their second show and jumped their second double clear.
Piesang was placed 6th in the BN with Michaela Tomlinson. Coljar jumped a good round in the Discovery.
We went back on Sunday, Anne Nelson jumped two good rounds on the homebreds Tropical Storm and Ashmolean in the 1m and the 1.10m respectively.
Michelle Dorion’s Rebel continued his good form and was 4th in the Newcomers.

Today was the day that we weaned Zak from his mum Birmena 😬
We were hoping to wait a little longer but we had to bring them in as the weather took a major turn for the worse, they were wet and cold this morning. Zak’s new friend arrived from Ireland yesterday so we decided today was the day.
Things could be worse for Zak though, his new friend Hyce, is lovely, and they have a super warm barn to snuggle up in 🥰
Birmena is back in her old stable, her foal duties over for another year. So proud of her, she gave me some incredible years of jumping and now has produced two gorgeous foals 😍

Let’s hope we can jump at a few more outdoor shows to complete the 2026 season in the sunshine 😎

We had a super day jumping in the sunshine at Coombelands today. It was the first time that Limited Touch and Colja, both 5 years, had been there so I was very pleased with how they jumped. Limited Touch jumped a smooth double clear to be 6th. Colja made a green mistake early then jumped very well.

Hickstead September Tour week two completed, a second week of jumping on this brilliant tour which took place in perfect weather.
Our horses maintained their good form from week 1 with some more placings and hard earned Hickstead rosettes.
Piesang was placed on the BN Friday and gained his first BS prize money. Tropical Storm jumped a super double clear to be placed in the 1m Open. Pleasing rounds by Ashmolean and Limited Touch and Colja jumped a good double clear on Saturday to complete all our jumping.
We supported the BE Auction on Saturday night, they put on a really successful evening with a high class selection of horses offered for sale. We were very proud to be part of Lucky Legs’s early education and it was great to see her looking wonderful, she was one of the collection sold on the night.
