🎨 Week 8: Cubist Rocks! 🎨

This week in class, our amazing returners wrapped up their final watercolour project with stunning Cubist-inspired landscapes of the Giant’s Causeway in Northern Ireland — finished beautifully with gold Posca pen and fine liner details ✨

Some students also put the finishing touches on their “Paris in the Rain” pieces, while our beginners painted the most gorgeous watercolour lovebirds — full of colour, charm, and personality 💕

It’s been such a joy watching everyone’s creativity and confidence grow week by week — what a fantastic end to our watercolour block! 🌈🖌️

Week 7: Paris in the Rain.
Our second week of Watercolour where we practiced our wax resist technique to create rain drop ☔️ effects across the painting.
A late afternoon in Paris where the street reflect the glow of the cafe lights, and silhouettes with umbrellas pass beneath awnings.
These artworks definitely transported us into a different space as we listened to La Vie En Rose, sipped tea and painted the time away.

Week 6 was our watercolour: Wrought in Time. It focused on the warm hues of autumn leaves 🍂 against the cool blue charm of a regency town house, completed with wrought iron railings and gold accents. Every one of our students brought their own unique style and talent into their artwork and we are so proud of them all 🥰

🎨 This week at Seasons Art Class Carshalton! 🌟

Our talented students have been busy creating stunning oil pastel portraits inspired by the iconic Art Deco painter Tamara De Lempicka. The results are absolutely breathtaking — bold, vibrant, and full of character! 💫

We’re always amazed by the creativity and progress our students show each week. 👩‍🎨👨‍🎨

Our new students have also impressed us with their adorable animal studies in oil pastel — featuring a proud rooster, a playful kitten, and a majestic lion. 🐓🐱🦁 Each piece captures so much personality and charm!

It’s such a joy watching everyone grow in confidence and skill — well done to all our wonderful artists! ❤️
