Foresters Primary School Welcome to Foresters Primary School. We are a small, friendly well resourced, primary school in the London borough of Sutton.

We have a nursery and an ASD base for 42 children with an ECHP. Foresters has 12 classes including a nursery and children come to school aged 3 and stay with us until they are 11. We have a large committed staff with many years of experience. The school is very lucky to have 4 classes where children with autism are taught and they not only contribute to the caring ethos of the school but bring in

resources and expertise that helps support children in the classes. We are committed to a ensuring our children achieve high standards in all areas of the curriculum. We believe in educating the 'whole' child and have a wide and diverse curriculum which is not only focused on academic achievement but emotional well being, life skills, sport and the arts.

As another fantastic school year comes to an end, we’d like to say a huge thank you to our amazing children, families, staff, governors, PTA, volunteers and everyone who has supported Foresters this year. Your kindness, encouragement and generosity have made such a difference, and we are incredibly grateful. 💚

Enjoy a well-deserved summer break! ☀️ We hope you make lots of wonderful memories, relax and recharge. We can’t wait to welcome you all back in September, refreshed and ready for another exciting year.

Today we said goodbye to our incredible Year 6 pupils as they left Foresters to begin an exciting new chapter. 💚✨

They have been wonderful role models throughout their time with us, showing kindness, resilience and determination, and they have made us all incredibly proud. It has been a privilege to watch them grow into confident, caring young people.

We wish each and every one of them the very best as they move on to high school. We know they will achieve amazing things and make the most of every opportunity that comes their way.

And just like that… it’s the last day of term! ❤️

What an incredible year it’s been, filled with learning, laughter, friendships and so many special memories. We are so proud of every child and all they have achieved.

A huge thank you to our wonderful families for your support throughout the year and for your incredibly thoughtful gifts—they are so appreciated.

🤸‍♀️💥 What a fantastic time we had at Oxygen! 💥🤸‍♂️

There were smiles, laughter and endless bouncing as the children enjoyed an action-packed session on the trampolines, tackling obstacle courses, playing games and showing off their best moves! 🤪🥳

A brilliant way to celebrate the end of term together, with everyone having an amazing time and making memories with their friends. 🌟

⚔️🏛️ What a fantastic Roman Day! 🇮🇹

The children stepped back in time to experience life as Roman soldiers and citizens. Using the Roman shields and swords they made, they took part in Legionary training, mastering formations including the Turtle, Wedge, Repel and Orb.

Throughout the day, they enjoyed bracelet making, gladiator training with lassoing, sword fighting and chariot races, created beautiful mosaics, played the Roman game Rota, and rounded off the day with a delicious Roman feast! 🍇🛡️

A fun-filled day of history brought to life with fantastic enthusiasm from everyone involved!

Year 6 had an Oxygen-tastic afternoon today! 🤸☀️ Despite the heat, everyone had an amazing time bouncing, climbing and burning off some end-of-term energy. We finished the trip with lunch and a well-earned ice cream 🍦—the perfect way to celebrate a fantastic year together!

Ash Class had an amazing end-of-year water party! 💦🌊🐳🐟

There were so many funny moments as the children splashed, slipped and laughed their way through the afternoon! 😂 It was the perfect way to celebrate a fantastic year together, and everyone had the BEST time making happy memories. ☀️💙

Cherry Class have been busy strengthening their fine and gross motor skills through a range of fun, hands-on activities! 🌟

From building with LEGO and solving puzzles to exploring sensory play and developing teamwork outdoors, the children have been learning through play every step of the way. These experiences help build coordination, problem-solving skills, communication and confidence—all while having lots of fun! 💙🧩🧱🏃‍♀️
