Today we used a large exercise ball to support the children with strengthening core muscles, improving balance and posture, and providing calming sensory input. They loved it 🥰

As today is Sir David Attenborough’s 100th birthday, the children enjoyed watching a short documentary on animals and their babies. It sparked conversation while the children watched what happened in each clip. Honouring his groundbreaking career at the forefront of natural history storytelling. 🥰
