An exciting day was had in year 3 today as we travelled back in time to Ancient Egypt! 🇪🇬

This morning, Ash Class impressed in their fantastic class assembly, sharing all their exciting learning on Ancient Egypt.

They then spent the day participating in fun activities such as writing letters to Pharaohs, reading about Egyptian mummies and even creating their own death masks!

🎶Oh We Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside! 🎶

Last week Collingwood took a trek down to Birling Gap Beach! Each class enjoyed various activities from seaside spotting and beachfront art, to throwing rocks into the sea and even spotting crabs in rock pools!

Year 6 also had a great opportunity to explore the coast firsthand making real life links to their Geography topic this half term!

It was a very enjoyable day for all!

It's show time! 🎭

This morning our talented Collingwood finalists took centre stage to perform in the Easter Talent Show. From harmonious harmonica playing to blind-folded piano playing we were truly entertained and even had our very own Raffael-Jackson hit the moonwalk on stage.

We ended our term with a fantastic Easter Raffle draw courtesy of the PTA and many children won wonderful prizes! What a way to end the term!
