💛 One-to-One Support Worker in Nursery (2-Year-Old Child)

Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term contract
Hours: 15 hours per week
Salary: National Minimum Wage

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced One-to-One Support Worker to provide focused support for a 2 year old child in our nursery. The child has been attending the nursery for over 12 months and has been granted an Education, Health, and Care (EHC) assessment. They are showing signs of global developmental delay and require intensive adult interaction as part of their EHC plan.

The successful candidate will work closely with the child, their family, and keyworker to ensure the child’s developmental, social, and emotional needs are met in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week

As our nursery expands, we’re looking for a Baby Room Keyworker Specialist to join our warm and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a setting that truly values its team, children, and community.

* Supporting and caring for babies in a dedicated, well-resourced baby room
* Building strong bonds with children and their families
* Planning and delivering rich, engaging activities tailored to each child’s needs
* Observing, recording, and celebrating children’s development milestones
* Working collaboratively with a supportive, experienced team

* Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare
* Has experience working with babies in a nursery or similar early years setting

* Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a sense of fun to every day!
