There’s truly nothing quite like being a babysitter.
From bedtime snuggles and goofy dance parties to the proud smile after they finish a drawing, it’s the small, everyday moments that make it so meaningful. I love getting a front-row seat to the magic of childhood and helping create memories that feel big to them, even if they seem simple to us.
Children have the sweetest way of reminding us to slow down, stay curious, and find joy in the little things. Every family has its own rhythm, and I never take lightly the trust parents place in me to step into their world and care for what matters most to them.
Whether we’re crafting, exploring outside, baking treats, or winding down with a favorite story, I always walk away feeling grateful. They may be little, but the lessons they share about imagination, patience, and kindness are huge.
