Here's hoping the first week back at school has been a good one.

As another school year comes to an end, I'd just like to say a huge well done to every student, parent and carer who has worked so hard this year.

Learning isn't always straightforward. Sometimes the biggest achievements are finding confidence, reading a page, writing that very first sentence on a page, turning "I can't" into "I can."

I have been incredibly lucky to work with some amazing young people this year, each with their own strengths, challenges and successes. Watching confidence build is my favourite part of tutoring.

And now it is time to breathe, to read without expectation, to explore.
If your child would like some help going into an exam year in September, or would benefit from a refresher before the return to school I have a small number of spaces available.

Until then have a wonderful, restful holiday and thank you everyone who has trusted me to be part of your child's learning journey this year.

I am an experienced English tutor with over ten years' experience supporting students with a range of SEND needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, low confidence and gaps in literacy.

My approach is calm, patient and individual. I adapt each lesson to the student in front of me, using clear structure, encouragement and carefully scaffolded tasks to help them feel confident, capable and respected.

I work with students from Key Stage 2 through to GCSE, both online and in person.
