I have been an artist since I could hold a crayon. I have been facilitating and guiding humans with holistic & creative workshops for decades.
I am also a psychoeducational tutor and Menopause First Aider. I am a freelance artist. I dabble in graphic design but mostly paint and use polymer clay. I love metallic paint and mica powder which is strange because I'm not a blingy in person. My inspiration comes from ancient and archaic art, mythology, tradition & culture. The art of being in the moment takes some practice and self-kindness.
It takes practice to not be self-critical.
Allowing the process to be all that we need for our wellbeing takes trust.
Being confident about the things that we do takes time and energy.
