Transforming the culture of the motor trade.
Through empowerment, education and emotional safety.
The Pink Garage Movement is about creating an industry where people feel:
seen, heard, respected and empowered.
We are talking about existing women in the trade, future talent, women drivers and education.
Because the future of automotive needs to be about connection, trust and human experience.

These conversations happen more than people realise!
When women visit my Garage Courtwood Cars, women release the truth, when seeing me and feel relaxed.
And the truth is…
Women are not lacking intelligence, they need education, they need an inviting experience, they need to feel that we hold space for them!
And the truth is…
They are lacking trust in the experience.
That’s a huge difference.
Pink Garage is about changing the culture around automotive experiences through communication, emotional intelligence and empowerment.
Because no woman should feel anxious simply walking into a garage.
And YES…Pink Garage is here to improve this as an industry and YES this is why we need more in the industry

International Women’s Day: Give to Gain
Today I’m reflecting on the power of giving as a pathway to growth.
This International Women’s Day, I’m proud to be participating in UN Women UK CSW70, contributing my voice to global conversations about equality, opportunity, and the future for women and girls.
But participation alone isn’t enough. Real impact comes from action.
That’s why I’m also supporting Change A Girl’s Life, a powerful initiative dedicated to helping vulnerable girls access education, safety, and the opportunity to build a future of their own choosing.
The theme that keeps coming to mind today is Give to Gain.
When we give:
• our time
• our resources
• our encouragement
• our platforms
We create space for someone else to rise.
And when one woman rises, she often lifts many others with her.
In my contribution through the Pink Garage a movement focused on creating more inclusive and empowering spaces for women in the motor trade - advocating gender equality and diversity.
I see every day how confidence, opportunity and support can completely change someone’s trajectory.
So today, I’m inviting you to reflect on a simple question:
What could you give today that might change a girl’s tomorrow?
If you’d like to join me in supporting this important cause, please consider donating. Follow the link below

Because empowering women and girls is not just the right thing to do, it's how we build a better and more inclusive future for everyone.
