I have postly changed the time of the big pink conversation to be held in the evening.

This conversation invites women, specifically working in the motor industry to join and talk about change. That is needed in this space.

This is a place where women feel empowered because they are being heard.

I look forward to some new faces to join me.

Conversation 2 Topic - How many times have you pushed through pain at work, just so no one could call you unreliable?

Maybe you've never said those words out loud, but you've felt them.
You've carried on through physical pain, emotional exhaustion, stress, anxiety, or burnout because you didn't want to let anyone down... or be judged.

Perhaps you spoke to a trusted friend or colleague, you stayed silent, either way, the question remains...

What did pushing through actually cost you? health? confidence?relationships? joy?

We ask ourselves these questions, but so often we never answer them.
Instead, we brush them aside.
"It's not worth bringing up." or "I don't want to make things awkward." or
"I'll just get on with it."

But what if staying silent is costing us more than speaking up ever could?

You are worth the conversation. Your experiences matter. Your voice matters.

When women speak honestly, conversations become understanding... understanding becomes action... and action creates change.
