🌱 It’s easy to give answers.
It’s much more powerful to build real world skills that last long after the course finishes.

🎣 No spoon-feeding. No shortcuts. Just learning that actually sticks.

🌊 We appreciate feedback like this and we love navigating the oceans of knowledge with our apprentices!

🌱 Providing adjustments for people with autism or a learning disability does not mean following a list of instructions from the internet. It isn't something you can memorise and the job is never "done". It's an ongoing process that centres itself around an individual. It's listening, communicating and understanding.

πŸ’™ In our most recent interview, Peter Colley gave his insights into the Oliver McGowan Training: the course credited for changing the way we think about neurodivergent healthcare. He speaks honestly about his views and provides thoughtful ideas about the progress yet to be made.

🧩 Wrapping Up National Apprenticeship Week 2026

πŸ’™ This National Apprenticeship Week was incredible! We had the opportunity to connect with hundreds of people, from leaders across multiple departments exploring their teams’ development needs, to healthcare professionals across the sector taking their first steps towards their next qualification.

🌱 A real highlight was our webinar on accessible apprenticeships, where we were joined by Josh Davis, our apprenticeship ambassador, who shared his experience as an apprentice with autism and the impact it’s had on his career. Thank you to everyone who joined the conversation and made this week such a success.
