🎯 New August Dates Released For Our Train The Facilitating Trainer Course For Oliver McGowan Tier 2 Delivery

Our Train the Facilitating Trainer course for Oliver McGowan Tier 2 delivery is taking place at our Dynamic Training Centre in Uxbridge, West London.

This 2-day course is for professionals who want to become Facilitating Trainers and deliver the 1-day Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism Tier 2 to others.

The course is delivered by qualified trainers from Dynamic Training and co-delivered with an autistic co-trainer and a co-trainer with a learning disability. Their lived experience is central to the training and helps make the learning meaningful, inclusive and impactful.

Mel helped us create the role of LGBTQIA+ Champion, ensuring our community always has someone they can reach out to for support. With empathy and practical advice, Mel is here to help learners, line managers, and staff feel heard and supported.

📅 This week, we have traveled across England, meeting staff and line managers in hospitals to hear people's career goals and discuss the role apprenticeships can play. We have learnt a lot about ambitions within the healthcare sector and we're excited to play our part. To wrap things up, we have one final event today at London City Hall.
