DDA LTD DDA Ltd are a creative architectural practice specialising in high end residential design & construction in London & the Home Counties.

Founded by Phillip Dusek in 1989, Dusek Design Associates Ltd (DDA) are an Architectural and Planning Consultancy based in Northwest London. Focusing on what we do best, designing beautiful bespoke modern family homes, we provide a comprehensive service encompassing all elements of the design and build process - from initial feasibility studies and preparation of detailed and successful planning applications, right through to the development of technical construction drawings and site supervision. Our valued client base is located around London and the Southeast of England, and a lot of our work is generated through repeat business and recommendation - likely a testament to the high quality of design, and hard work of our small, but dedicated team.

Works are now underway on this beautiful 11,000 sq. ft. new-build residence in Radlett, Hertfordshire.

Set along a private road, we were commissioned by our private client to design this exceptional family home from the ground up, and we’re excited to see the vision begin to take shape on site.

Plot 2 | Chorleywood Road, Herts.

The house is Georgian in style, with a contemporary material palette of light brickwork and a striking Portland stone portico framing the main entrance.

Bronze aluminium sash windows emphasise the symmetry of the property and are framed in simulated Portland stone to further enhance its traditional character.

Two arched dormer windows finished in leadwork set within the slate roof, along with decorative cornice detailing and Portland stone banding, add further charm and architectural interest.

Inside, this 6,500 sq. ft. home offers all the luxury you would expect from a property of this calibre.

Open-plan living spans the rear of the ground floor, with a kitchen, dining and family area incorporating a bar and opening directly onto the patio.

A separate pantry and boot room sit conveniently close to the kitchen, while a snug and study are positioned at the front of the house.

Upstairs are five en-suite bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes, including a striking primary suite that spans the width of the house and features its own balcony overlooking the gardens. An entertainment room occupies the second floor.

This 9,000 sq.ft property, designed as a concept for a private client in Burwood Park, Surrey, is inspired by the craftsmanship and character of the Arts and Crafts style.

A soft palette of cream brickwork, complemented by matching windows and doors throughout, creates a calm and elegant aesthetic. Brick detailing, arched doorways, curved roof dormers encased in standing seam metal and warm terracotta roof tiles add character and subtle contrast to the design.

The entire property has the feel of an English country estate, accentuated by the ‘coach house’ style double garage and adjoining porch. A traditional cupola clock provides a charming finishing detail.

The beautifully landscaped grounds complete the property, adding to its romantic English country estate aesthetic.

The DDA team and friends had a wonderful day at our annual golf day held at the beautiful The Grove Hotel

It’s a fundraising day where we raise money in memory of Frankie’s brother Alfie, and this year we raised £32,863 for our chosen charity at Mount Vernon Cancel Centre.

We were lucky enough to have excellent weather, amazing prizes and a brilliant group of 112 people at the event, which we’re sure will grow in numbers next year.

Thank you to all the sponsors and everyone involved who made it another special day, and raised money for another great cause.
