The DDA team and friends had a wonderful day at our annual golf day held at the beautiful The Grove Hotel

It’s a fundraising day where we raise money in memory of Frankie’s brother Alfie, and this year we raised £32,863 for our chosen charity at Mount Vernon Cancel Centre.

We were lucky enough to have excellent weather, amazing prizes and a brilliant group of 112 people at the event, which we’re sure will grow in numbers next year.

Great to see the progress of this development we designed for eight luxury apartments in Northwood.

Progress shots from our Northwood project . Great to see this stunning feature of this build come together. It’s possible to now visualize what this central three-story high staircase will look like when complete. Next stage is the joinery work, bespoke handrails, and interior finishings.

Delighted to reveal this beautiful Georgian style property we’ve designed for a plot on the Copse Wood Estate in Northwood.  This 5,500 sq.ft, three-story property will incorporate luxury living space for our client, with a striking triple height entrance hall with circular staircase welcoming them to their home.

An expansive open-plan kitchen, sitting and dining space spans the back of the house on the ground floor, with separate drawing room and study to the front of the property. The exterior design features soft stock facing brickwork to give the house a warm, traditional character, with recessed brick detail panels and simulated stone detailing and window surrounds to add detail to the look.
