Q - How long will it take? 🤔
"Try to focus on the journey rather than the destination."
What I mean by this is if you’re constantly thinking about your dream body for example. It’s going to do one of two things. Keep you motivated or (more than likely) cause a bad relationship with you and you’re current self. So let’s make this easier... Love who you are NOW because who you are NOW is putting in the effort to CHANGE every day, and is building HABITS to CHANGE for the future.
So if you're returning to the gym after a long break or it's your first time stepping into one; remember that every champion was once a beginner. Even Adam Peaty had to learn to swim 💪
