There are some great videos exploring the bog babies and how to look for them. The link is below:

At Upwood Small to Tall our community is very important to us. We would like to thank the wonderful adults in that community who gave up so much of their time during the holidays to come and help paint both the inside and all the wood outside of our building.
Thank you so much 😊

We are back into the swing of things and staff have been busy in the holidays painting and setting up, ready for the return of the children.
This term in pre-school we are focusing on settling the children back in and welcoming some new children too. We have created a beach-themed activity, inside and outside, to encourage the children to talk about their summer holidays and all the exciting things they have been up to.πŸ–οΈπŸŒŠ
We are looking forward to a lovely term full of learning and exploring.❀️

This is the first of a few THANK YOU posts for the Spring Fair. These events don't just happen, and their success is down to a huge number of people generously giving their time.
Thank you to everyone who came to support the event, whether you bought some raffle tickets, bouncy castle time, played the fete games, bought some refreshments or were one of our generous cake bakers, your support means the world. We had the best time and are blown away to have raised Β£1,109 for Upwood Small to Tall!

There are a few people deserve a special mention:
– The committee, Bex, Allan, Liz and Sue for working so hard to make everything happen
– The staff helping on the day, Jess, Cindy, Maisie, Lou (and Vince)
– The school for letting us use the field
– Avni for the delicious packed lunches
– Jordan for the tractor and bale seating
– The Malcolm Whales Foundation for loaning us the marquees again (and helping put them up with Reuben, Carmen, Nilesh, Allan and Alex)
– for the bouncy castle
– Great Fen for your gorgeous crafts and Upwood Allotments for the wonderful seed planting (and plant pot donation)
– Our food stalls: Tony's ices and Mooi Pizza
– Our craft stalls: Little Rose Clothing, Paintbox Creations in Felt, Robert and his wood carving, and Sam and Usborne books
– Upwood PTA for the teddy tombola
– Sam at Tesco for the kind donations for our fete game prizes

Thank you for reading to the end, and apologies for the lateness but I've had a poorly household since the fair and just starting to feel better!

We have some lost property from yesterday - if they are yours, please pop in to collect them. Thank you!
