Lots of great feedback in class on last week’s Ceroc Upminster intermediate routine - thank you all so much - it felt so good to dance it and I do love a crucifix - here is the demo clip for those who missed it. TONIGHT don’t miss out on our soul funk freestyle- come along and try out these moves with DJ Keith giving us his best funky tunes. I’ll be running a shorter than normal beginners class at 7.15pm - freestyle starts at 8pm.
