This session explores why it is important for teenagers to protect their hearts and minds from influences that shape their thoughts and actions. In a world filled with social media, peer pressure and distractions, what we allow into our lives can have an impact on who we become. Participants will learn practical ways to make wise choices about their friendships, media consumption and daily habits. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session.
