Academy News - 📚Exciting News for Our Students!📚
We’re delighted to share that our new books have arrived!

We would also like to say a huge thank you to NATS for their generous donation, which has helped make this possible. Your support is greatly appreciated and will help encourage a love of reading across our school community.

Please note that these books will be available for students to read and enjoy within the library, but they are not available to be taken home.

We can’t wait for our students to start exploring the new titles! 📖✨

Academy News - On the Thursday before the Easter Holidays, our Spoonie Club students, along with their siblings and parents, came together to celebrate the end of Spring Term with a fun filled Easter Egg Hunt.🐣

The afternoon was packed with creative activities, including egg decorating, a lively easter egg hunt complete with an energetic egg and spoon race. 🥄

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and to those who helped organise such a wonderful afternoon!⭐

Academy News - This year, we are delighted to be hosting a Spoonie Community Picnic on Thursday 16th July to celebrate the end of the Summer Term.

Members of our Spoonie community, along with their parent, carers and siblings, are warmly invited to join us for a relaxing afternoon on the Arena with games, sweet treats, and plenty of cake. It will be a wonderful opportunity to unwind, connect, and celebrate the year together.

If parents, carers and siblings will be attending, we kindly ask for a small contribution towards the picnic refreshments.

We look forward to welcoming everyone for a lovely afternoon together!

Academy News - We are currently looking for work experience placements for our Year 10 students taking place from the 29th June - 3rd July 2026.

Work experience is a fantastic opportunity for students to gain real-world insight, build confidence, and develop essential workplace skills.

Tickets are available ONLY to students who had achieved their Prom Badge by Friday 27th March 2026
