If you ever feel it’s over or you don’t have enough will power, you should listen to this motivational story from my client ian who several operations one including serious surgery on his spine where a part of it was removed.

At 59 he has taken action when most men would not.

Lost over 2 stone in weight ✅

Boxing and cardio is great ✅

Forecast to shape up for summer ✅

went from small goals to big pretty quick and nailed them. Just shows you what can happen when you stick to the script and stay dedicated.

Sophie is now in the gym daily and loving every minute after not being in the gym for many years she has went from very skinny to lean body builder.
