We are delighted to announce the expansion of our portfolio with MAPP, following the award of four additional London sites: Nexus, Telephone House, 79–81 Paul Street and Victoria House.

Each property brings its own distinctive character to the portfolio, from the high-performance workspace and connectivity of Nexus in Farringdon, to Telephone House and 79–81 Paul Street at the heart of Shoreditch’s thriving creative and technology district.

The portfolio is completed by Victoria House, a landmark Grade II listed building overlooking Bloomsbury Square. Carefully restored as a state-of-the-art life-sciences hub, it brings together heritage, innovation and modern workplace facilities in one exceptional setting.

This appointment marks an important milestone in our growing relationship with MAPP and reflects the confidence placed in our people, our standards and our ability to deliver a consistently high-quality service across a diverse portfolio.

On VJ Day, we remember the sacrifice made by all who fought for a better future.

At Vigilant Security, many of our team have a military and public service background and we honour those who served and the legacy they left behind.

The values that they represented continue to shape our approach to security and their courage reminds us of the importance of duty and service. Today, we remember with respect and gratitude.

We are delighted to recognise three valued members of the Vigilant team who have recently reached incredible long-service milestones.

Congratulations to Stuart Clark on celebrating 15 years of service. Stuart’s loyalty, professionalism, reliability, and commitment have made a lasting contribution across our contracts, as well as to the clients and colleagues he supports.

Congratulations to Ben Gizzi on reaching his 15-year anniversary with Vigilant Security. Since joining as a Security Manager in 2010 and becoming Contracts Manager in 2017, Ben has played an important role in the company’s growth and continues to bring passion and commitment to his work.

Congratulations to Andy Thomson on an outstanding 25 years of service. From supporting major responses such as Foot and Mouth in 2001 to sharing a lift with Bill Clinton at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, Andy’s career has been full of memorable moments and valued contributions.

A huge thank you to Stuart, Ben, and Andy for their dedication, loyalty, and hard work over the years. Your contributions are truly appreciated by everyone at Vigilant.

We understand that wearing a uniform is more than a job; it is a commitment to protecting others, often at great personal risk. That is why supporting the Police Unity Tour is a cause that means so much to us.

The Police Unity Tour is a powerful annual event that honours police officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty while raising vital funds for Care of Police Survivors (COPS UK). COPS provides life-changing support to the families of officers who have died on duty, ensuring they never face their loss alone.

We are incredibly proud to stand alongside the riders and organisers who continue to keep the memories of these fallen officers alive while making a real difference to those they leave behind.

A huge thank you to our amazing friends at Vigilant Security 🐾❤️

Yesterday they once again spoiled our dogs with a shopping spree, filling our trolley with lots of goodies for them. We honestly can't thank them enough for their continued kindness and support.

Of course, little Star insisted on coming along to "help"... although her main contribution seemed to be quality control from the comfort of the trolley!
She took her supervisory role very seriously!

Star is one of our rescue dogs who is currently looking for her forever home. If she can supervise a shopping trip this well, just imagine how good she'll be at supervising your sofa, your snacks, and absolutely everything else!

Today, on International Security Officers’ Day, Vigilant Security would like to take a moment to recognise and sincerely thank our security officers for the vital work they carry out each and every day.

From the first point of contact to the moments when calm judgement and quick action are needed most, our officers play an essential role in supporting our clients, protecting people and property, and helping to create safe and welcoming environments.

The professionalism and dedication shown by our teams often happens quietly in the background, but it never goes unnoticed.

We recently welcomed three work experience students from Westminster College to Vigilant Security, giving them the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the standards, teamwork and professionalism that sit at the heart of our business.

The experience gave the students a valuable introduction to the security industry and the range of roles that help keep buildings, people and operations running safely and smoothly. From observing day-to-day site activity to meeting colleagues across different locations, they saw how Vigilant Security combines high standards, professionalism and a people-focused approach in everything we do.

We would like to thank the students for their curiosity and positive attitude throughout their time with us and extend our appreciation to everyone at Vigilant Security who supported the visit and shared their knowledge.
