I’d hand my younger self five lessons. None of them are comfortable.
Most of what I learned came out of years I’d rather not relive. Walking a path someone else drew. Listening to advice that was just fear in a louder voice. Waiting to feel ready before I’d put the work in. Pretending my body wasn’t keeping score. Staying loyal to a version of me that needed to die.
Every one of these is now baked into how I coach. The systems, the data, the structure, the reason I built Primitiv the way I did instead of the way I was told to. It’s the advice I needed and didn’t have, turned into something I can actually hand to someone else.
