The Inclusify Project (T.I.P.) The Inclusify Project is our flagship initiative designed to reduce barriers to enterprise and nurture entrepreneurial, business, and leadership potential. By fostering an environment of psychological safety, creativity, resilience, and growth, we empower and support diverse entrepreneurs and business leaders to connect, learn, and thrive. aims to create impactful and equitable change for individuals who have been historically under-represented, under-funded, and under-supported within enterprise and leadership spaces. About Our Founder

The Mind Tribe UK is led by Katie Matthews-Furphy, a multi-award-winning, disabled entrepreneur, mental health facilitator, and inclusive entrepreneurship trainer and advocate. With over 15 years of lived/living experience with mental illness and 7 years living with disability and chronic health conditions, Katie has directly trained and supported over 14,000 people globally. Katie’s expertise includes:

After a busy season of programme delivery, workshops, training and supporting entrepreneurs across Northern Ireland, I now have a limited number of spaces available for virtual 1-1 mentoring between now and August.

These sessions are designed to support people who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lacking confidence, navigating change, or trying to grow personally or professionally whilst managing the realities of life, business and wellbeing

Available as one-off, weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions - completely tailored to your needs and budget

💥 Monday was the Business Without Barriers event delivered by Inspired Business Consultancy and Rachel Doherty on behalf of Mid and East Antrim Borough Council , Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council and Go Succeed NI at Dunadry Hotel and Gardens 🌟

Today was spent with a wonderful group of young mummies at Walkway Community Association in East Belfast with Paula Donnan on behalf of GEMS NORTHERN IRELAND LTD and the Get Started In Business programme through Go Succeed NI 🌟

We explored a Growth Mindset approach to Entrepreneurship, developing a business idea, identifying your customer and target market, and HMRC Requirements ✅️🙌

9 wonderfully enthusiastic and engaged young women all looking at self-employment and creating the lives they want to live 💪💜

and of course all in between 1-1 mentoring sessions, board meetings, new project meetings and 4700000 pieces of admin - not to be dramatic 🤣🤣

⭐️ Looking forward to Monday's event with Inspired Business Consultancy delivering the Business Without Barriers event on behalf of Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council and Mid and East Antrim Borough Council as part of Go Succeed NI ⭐️

Business Without Barriers is a free half-day event designed to support individuals with disabilities or long-term health conditions to explore self-employment, get practical advice, and connect with the right support.

⭐️ Thank you so much Rachel Doherty for the invitation to deliver a Keynote speech and host the discussions as part of The Mind Tribe UK, alongside Shelley Cowan, and Shaun Doherty - really looking forward to it! :)

Last week was super busy and exhausting - but full of inspiration, connection, ideation, conversation and opportunity 😍

and definitely forgot to take pics of most of it 🤣🤣

💜 Some key highlights included:

• Facilitating community outreach events with GEMS & Impact Training, as part of the Inclusive Enterprise Pathway, designed & delivered by The Mind Tribe UK on behalf of Belfast City Council

• Participating in the UK Social Mobility Commission Round Table event, advocating for micro & small businesses, inclusion for all communities in our society and equitable opportunities for those who need it most.

Everyone provided valuable insights, lived and professional experience sharing and suggestions for how we can continue to make Northern Ireland a fantastic place to live and work, whilst addressing the realities and challenges that exist

• 1-1 Mentoring sessions through Get Started in Business and Go Succeed NI

• Training workshops & briefing sessions (ALOT of work has been happening in the background through the Inclusive Enterprise Pathway - all to be revealed in due course! 🤣😍)

• To round off the week, I was delighted to attend the MLN Summit as a guest of Belfast City Council - thankyou so much for the opportunity!! Lovely to catch up with lots of wonderful people!!

Got a chance to hear from and speak to Mary Robinson, Rory Sutherland, Dr. Caroline Casey and Sam Shephard 🌟 Safe to say there were a lot of valuable takeaways and insights gained from these incredible speakers and my notes pages were jam packed!!! 🌟
