Homemade Grape Syrup Recipe 🍇 Simple, Fresh & Better Than Squash!)
You’ve got to try this one — my homemade grape syrup recipe that’s super easy and full of natural flavour.
Here’s what you’ll need 👇
🍇 500g grapes
🍋 2 lemons (use the peel from one & the juice from both)
💧 1500g water
🍚 2kg sugar
How to make it:
Add everything into a big pot, bring it to a boil, then let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Use a potato masher to crush the grapes and release all the flavour.
Let it sit for another 5 minutes, then strain it through a sieve.
Pour it into sterilised bottles and store it in the fridge it’ll keep for up to 3 weeks.
If you just want to make a smaller batch, here’s the half recipe 👇
🍚 1kg sugar
💧 750g water
🍇 250g grapes
🍋 1 lemon (use the peel & juice)
It’s perfect for making your own drinks at home — just mix a splash with sparkling water or normal water instead of using squash.
I personally use this for my juices, and it tastes amazing! 💜
