Massive congratulations to all our graduates from our Leadership Programme 🙌

Last week all 8 Students achieved their leadership level, having completed a 6th month programme.

Over 25 years of running and developing our leadership programme we are extremely proud of the difference it makes to each of the participants and the positive aspects influence it has on daily intereactions with family and peers, school and education, CV and portfolios and obviously chosen career paths in the future.

Confident, responsible, positive team leaders being created right here at Alex Hart Kaizen !

Outstanding performance last night in grading for our selected Junior, Teenager and Adult Kick-boxers.

12 students from age 6 years to Adult achieved their next belt in Kickboxing, performing at a high standard, showing determination and confidence alongside excellent techniques.

A special mention to Jamie who took his 2nd Kyu in karate, exceptional performance in Kata !

Last week we awarded 2 students their black belt !

Massive congratulations to Theo and Jacob, the grading was intense, a 2 hour physical technical assessment including a written exam.

Both students showed pure determination and strength of character to push through, both during and in the lead up to the preparation of the grading.
Becoming a blackbelt is just the start of learning a Martial Art, we are all extremely proud of you both and the resilience and technical ability you have shown.

Special mention to those that also took their tip tests towards their next Dan belt, the standard was extremely high as it should be and we can’t wait to see you reach the next level.

Last night a whole family was awarded their Blackbelt together in kickboxing 🙌

Father and children started training together with us over 5 years ago, always showing up to each class together and sharing their passion to learn and support one another.

Each one of them technically excellent, determination and resilience shone through especially in the sparring section.
A huge well done to each one of digging deep and putting everything physically and mentally they could to get through the grade.
Your commitment to your training, improving and being the best versions of yourselves has pushed you on to reach such a high level. You all looked sharp, strong and technically excellent- truly earning your black belts, and how fantastic to share this journey together!

A special mention to our other students who passed their tip test towards their Dan grade - you all showed that you are almost ready for the next level and presented continuous improvement.

We are all excited to see you reach the next level.

Our new beginner Dinky Dude class incorporates Martial Arts in a fun and interactive way, young children think they are just trying to hit Sensei with a fun foam stick but what they are actually doing is learning to defend themselves and build reaction skills as young as 4 years old!
