have been busy delivering our training at our Snetterton training facility 🇬🇧🚑

Throughout the week candidates learnt:

• Catastrophic bleeding management (including tourniquets and haemostatic products) 🩸

• Airway management (including basic manoeuvres, adjuncts and suction) 🗣️

• Breathing management (including use of emergency oxygen and chest seals) 🫁

• Circulation management (including bandaging and splinting) 🫀

• Disability management (including head and spinal trauma) 🧠

• Exposure management (including temperature control) 🌡️

Students were also taught how to manage a wide variety of different medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest (for adults and paediatrics), asthma, anaphylaxis, strokes, acute coronary syndrome, diabetic hypoglycaemia, sepsis, meningococcal disease, seizures, poisoning and more!

Well done to all who are now qualified FREC 3 providers 👏✅

Over the course of the weekend the candidates learnt:

• Associated resuscitation skills (including airway management and EZ-IO)🫁
• Deteriorating patient management 📉
• CPR and defibrillation skills💔
• Cardioversion and pacing⚡️
• Team leadership🗣️

have been delivering our bespoke Catastrophic Bleeding Management course in Suffolk 🇬🇧🚑

During the course, candidates covered:

🩸 The DRABCDE approach to the assessment and management of trauma patients.

🩸 Recognition of life-threatening (catastrophic) bleeding, including how to rapidly identify injuries that require immediate intervention.

🩸 Management of catastrophic haemorrhage, including the safe and effective use of:
• Tourniquets
• Haemostatic dressings
• Pressure bandages

🩸 Recognition and management of shock, including early identification and immediate treatment to improve patient outcomes.

A practical, evidence-based course designed to give workplace first aiders the knowledge, skills and confidence to manage catastrophic bleeding until the arrival of the emergency services.

Another successful Immediate Life Support (ILS) course delivered by team 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️🩺

Throughout the course of the day the candidates learned:

• How to manage a patient’s airway 🗣️
• How to perform high quality CPR 🫀
• How to use a defibrillator safely ⚡️
• How to work effectively as a team member during resuscitation 🏥

Great to see so many dedicated professionals enhancing their lifesaving skills 💙

have been delivering Combined Adult and Paediatric Emergency First Aid at our Snetterton training facility to the wonderful team at

Throughout the course, candidates have developed essential life-saving skills, including:

• CPR and AED usage – ensuring individuals can respond effectively to cardiac arrests ⚡️.

• Choking management – providing the necessary interventions to assist a choking casualty 🫁.

• Shock and bleeding control – understanding how to manage bleeding and circulatory shock 🩸

This qualification equips individuals with the knowledge and skills required to act confidently and effectively in workplace emergency situations. Congratulations to all participants who are now certified First Aiders ✅👏

Great clinical CPD day delivered by Medical Training Solutions Ltd ! 🚑

Over the course of the day clinicians from a variety of backgrounds were exposed to different scenarios and topics including:

• Catastrophic Haemorrhage 🩸
• Traumatic Cardiac Arrest 💔
• Acid Attacks ☣️
• Paediatric Burns 🔥
• Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) 🧠
• Ten Second Triage (TST)

The purpose of our simulation days are to recap skills and knowledge that you might be rusty on whilst pushing you to know more 📈
