One of my most hardcore students at 60 years of age, week in week out, 4 mornings a week Kung Fu training with me, conditioning training, zero excuses.

A friend as well as student and an inspiration to other students at Spectrum in how to succeed in traditional Kung Fu training.

Looking very good at his young age 👊🙏
