What an inspiring first week back across Chiltern Learning Trust! 💙
It has been fantastic to visit so many of our schools and see the energy, ambition and commitment that are setting the tone for the year ahead.
A particular highlight has been seeing the incredible transformation at Gilbert Inglefield Academy, our newest school in the Trust. In just one term, an enormous amount has been achieved, with refurbished buildings and grounds, a brilliant new staff team, a new curriculum and improved facilities, including new toilets. Most importantly, the school is filled with 650 smiling pupils. 🌟
A huge thank you to Erin Stewart, her staff team and our dedicated Chiltern site teams for the hard work and commitment that has made this transformation possible.
It was also wonderful to visit Linslade School and meet new Headteacher Marc Comb. Marc has already made an impressive start, demonstrating a strong understanding of the school and a clear commitment to its pupils, staff and community.
Yesterday, our senior staff came together for an excellent strategy day, reflecting on our priorities and looking ahead to another ambitious year across the Trust.
It has been a fantastic start to the new academic year, and we are incredibly proud of the work taking place across our schools.
