Bring Sales to Life and Life to Sales
I can’t think of one thing in this world that is not sales, as sales is about helping, connecting, leading people to solve problems and become better versions of ourselves.
That is why it is very important to help people “bring sales to life and life to sales” as there are so many people out there with great visions, ideas, products, services, messages, experiences, inventions, that can help millions of people and better the world, but if we do not learn how to sell effectively then those things will never see the light of day. And millions of people will stay stuck where they are and families will suffer.
So that is why it is my life’s mission to change the world’s perception on sales by teaching others to sell effectively, to sell the right things for the right reasons for the benefit of everyone.
I was sick and tired of working my ass of, not seeing my family, no hobbies, losing touch with all of my friends and still only having enough just to get by. In 2009 I found myself out of business and out of a job with nothing promising anywhere in sight. With a young family to support and bills to pay to keep a roof over our head the only job I could get was a commission only job selling home improvements, this involved cold calling knocking on doors no matter what the weather.
I was always the 1st one to turn up and the last one to leave and still no sales. I see the other sales people making money and they did not put in half the work as I was. Things were so bad that I got another commission only job selling kitchens in a different city. So I spent even more time away from the very thing that I was working for (my family) and I was trying so hard to fulfil both jobs that I was not doing well at either of them.
So I made a decision, I knew that it could not carry on like this, so I devoted all of my time reading books, modelling the best sales and business people of all time, attending webinars, buying online programmes, going to live events and I started to see patterns, everyone would receive the same information regarding sales practices and processes but some people would sky rocket and others would see very small changes if any.
And I will never forget what one of my mentors said to me, he said “wherever you go, there you’ll be”
I discovered that a few very simple strategy’s combined with personal development around the phycology to implement was all I needed and in the next 12 months my income tripled, the following 12 months I doubled my income again. I increased my personal income over 600% in in less than 2 years.
Businesses that I applied this to seen sales go from just a handful of clients and a few hundred thousand in revenue to multi million pound global organisations with thousands of clients selling in over 60 different contraries
