Discipline isn’t about control or popularity — it’s about care, courage, and long-term love.
Many of the lessons we once resisted are the ones that shaped us most.
Parenting isn’t about being liked today, but about raising a good human for tomorrow.

🌟 OPEN DAY – THIS SATURDAY! 🌟

Good evening everyone! 👋
We’re excited to invite you to our Open Day at East Norfolk Taekwondo, taking place at Caister Social Club this Saturday 31st January.

If you’ve ever thought about giving Taekwondo a try — for your child or for yourself — this is the perfect opportunity 💥 All sessions on the day are FREE.

🥋 Our classes include:
🐉 Little Dragons (ages 3.5 – 6)
🥋 Basic Class (ages 6 – 99!)
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Class – train together from 10:30am to 11:30am

Bring the kids, bring the family, or come along yourself and try something new, build confidence, and have some fun 💪✨

Our first competition in the series will take place on Sunday 1st March.

Open to all BBA members and external clubs via invitation only.
