Join Senior Careers Consultant Liz Wilkinson at the first talk of our Summer Speaker Series devoted to Imposter Syndrome!

Liz is part of the University of London's Careers Service and will speak about Imposter Syndrome as well as feelings of self-doubt in the workplace more generally. It promises to be a great opportunity to learn, share and reflect on how Imposter Syndrome can influence workplace behaviour and career trajectory.

A trial on St George's, University of London students, funded by Innovate UK, has revealed that a new virtual reality experience boosts student mental health by reducing stress and anxiety ahead of exams. Our student union are now looking to offer students regular VR sessions.
