Morning Fitness Crew I hope you are all still well. Following government advice I won’t be doing outdoor classes yet sadly. But I will be doing classes on Facebook live! I will keep you posted when the first class will be, maybe tonight but more likely later this week as I’m really busy with work 👍. The good thing is I can do 2 or 3 a week for you all 😊! Let me know if you are interested so I’m not doing them just to me Lee and the rabbits lol. Stay healthy everyone 😘 x
Once the clocks change next Sunday I shall offer 45 minute workouts in my garden to help keep us all fit while my usual hall is closed! It’s big garden so everyone can be at least 2 to 3 metres apart. You would bring and use your own mat and dumbbells, the bulk of the class will be cardio and body weight training, multi level! At the moment I’m looking at Monday and Wednesday 6.30 till 7.15pm weather permitting. Let me know if you and any of your friends are interested. There will be a limit on numbers to keep to the minimum 2 metres apart at all times, and to make sure everyone can park ok 😊 xx
