I'm baaaaaack!

The question you may find yourself asking right now is where did she go?

I took many breaths, a little breathing space was needed so I could figure out what I wanted to say on here, because everything you consume becomes a part of you. My intention is to share with intention and purpose and a deeper level of understanding and knowing that EVERYTHING I share only adds value to your life, and lifts you up.

Recently I've been choosing to live life, I mean really live. Live in the moment, not in the past and not in the future. I am happy in every moment, even when I find myself experiencing sadness I allow myself to practice acceptance - suddenly I become grateful, content and at peace with feeling. How do I do it?

Simple, I set intentions with my breathing and I choose my thoughts wisely. (Disclaimer: I also practice Twin Hearts Meditation every day and practice forgiveness and have weekly pranic therapy sessions)

Things that I could get down about if I allowed myself to...

1. Being single, I'm in this place where I'm like I want to meet someone but I also want to meet them naturally, I don't want to force it - I really do trust and know that I will meet someone when the time is right and when I'm investing in myself and absolutely soaring in my life without another. BUT (and this is a big but) this time of year can be very lonely for single people, so plz check on your single mates 😂
2. Failing my reformer test class - it's ok, I get to do it again but there is room for improvement and I could be so hard on myself and compare myself to others but what benefit is that going to have on me? Also I love that I'm improving - I'm human, I'm allowed to make mistakes 🩷
3. Not having a performing agent - I want one I realllly do! I want to be performing, I wanna dance and sing and perform my little socks off 😂 I also love the journey and the fact that I am still getting better, every damn day!

With all these things I know my time is coming, but also I'm enjoying the journey, I know my worth and I will not settle for any less with relationships and job opportunities! 🩷✨

I wish I learnt this lesson sooner 👇🏼

Other people that are working towards their own goals will not have the time to judge you, those around you that are trying will support you and cheer you on.
However, those around you that are stuck and living in fear, doubt and the ones that are highly judgmental - they are the ones that are negative energy, like heavy weights weighing you down. Put the damn weights down for a bit.

Make space for the ones that LIFT YOU UP! Surround yourself around likeminded people, do you want to sink or swim? Do you want to fall or fly? You get it right? 😂😅
