A lot has changed in the last couple of months. I left coaching at a gym I had been with for over 2 years. Now it's time to start fresh, as a result I'll be rebranding! I've changed location as some of you are already aware. Stay tuned for more updates!

Just to let everyone know, I'm no longer coaching at Mercers Gym anymore. That means there is no class tonight and going forward at that gym.
