Most people think the diet starts when the shoot gets booked.
It doesnât.
It starts the day you decide youâre done being âaverageâ.
Guy went all in with Beyond in October.
â¨Not to a meal plan.
â¨Not to a macro calculator.
â¨But to the version of himself who was ready to stop being âin decent shapeâ...
â¨And start taking it to that NEXT level.
(The name, Saggy T**s was getting thrown around back then đ)
Because he had that classic look:
â¨Trains hard. Eats well-ish.
â¨But not quite peeled. Not quite sharp as he would have liked.
Well.. We fixed that.
Hereâs exactly how we built the transformation.
October - The Entry Point (81KG)
We set the date. June shoot.
â¨Reverse countdown locked in.
First phase?
â¨Build without ballooning.
We didnât chase weight.
â¨We chased tissue. Strength. Stability.
Calories were in a tight surplus.
â¨No âdirtyâ bulk.
This was the Lean Build Phase.
â¨Do the quiet work. Stack the reps. Stay close to shoot-ready without anyone noticing.
March - Countdown Begins (78KG)
Now weâd built the base, we pull the pin.
Aggression ramped.
â¨Cardio in.
â¨Volume high.
Guy didnât complain.
â¨Didnât âfeel flatâ.
â¨Didnât send me a food pic asking âcan I have this?â
He executed.
Every lever was pulled based on data.
â¨No panic drops. No new macros every Monday.
April - Mid-Cut (75KG)
The gritty middle.
Calories at their lowest.
â¨Steps at their highest.
Most people fold here.
â¨But Guy just kept showing up.
Sessions were a masterclass.
â¨Every check-in on the button.
No shinny objects.
â¨Just feedback, adjustments, and action.
June - Final Push (72KG)
The final 4 weeks?
Dialled.
Cardio bumped.
â¨Volume pushed.
â¨A strategic re-feed slotted in to fuel the finish.
Then came peak week.
Training tapered.
â¨Carbs loaded.
â¨Water dropped.
Guy came in full, dry, and carved to bits.
Legit mightâve scared the lens off .
End result?
â¨81KG - 72KG.
â¨Photoshoot physique â
Just a bloke who set a deadlineâŚ
â¨And backed himself harder than he ever had before.
- CRUSHED it dude.

Sarah didnât need another diet.
She needed a smarter one.
This wasnât her first shoot. Sheâd done the prep before. Got decent results.
But âdecentâ wasnât why she came to Beyond.
She wanted her best shape ever. No hoping for the best.
So we reverse engineered the whole thing.
16 weeks out, we mapped every phase:
Weeks 1-4: Understanding
Learning her body.
How she responds to training, food, stress. Building the foundation before we pushed a single boundary.
Weeks 5-12: Countdown
Strategic deficit.
Calories and training dialled to her shoot date.
Weekly adjustments based on real feedback, not generic templates. When to push. When to pull back. When to refeed.
Weeks 13-16: Beyond
Peak week precision.
Bringing it all together so she walked into that studio in the shape of her life.
The result?
56kg - 48kg.
Abs sharper than ever.
Her best shoot to date. By a mile.
But hereâs what made differentâŚ
She didnât just follow a plan. She trusted it.
When the scales lied, she stayed the course.
When life got busy, she found a way.
Coachable. Consistent. Relentless.
Thatâs the difference between âhoping it worksâ and knowing it will.
This is why Beyond isnât a diet.
Itâs a 16-week roadmap built around YOUR shoot date, YOUR life, and YOUR finish line.
Just results.
Sarahâs now in her build phase, taking her physique to the next level.

I asked my wife 10 random things about meâŚ
Now Iâm questioning my entire personality, caffeine order, and hoodie collection.
She knows too much.
Marriage is a risky game.

The diet isnât the hard part.
I know that sounds backwards.
Everyone bangs on about how brutal cutting is.
The hunger. The low energy. The mental fog.
And yeah, itâs not fun.
But itâs not the hard part.
The hard part is what comes after. When youâre already lean, already drained, and youâve got to push into territory youâve never been in before.
Peak week. The photoshoot shred. Whatever you want to call it.
Thatâs where most people fall apart.
Hugo didnât.
came to me with a goal most guys have - get back to a shape he actually feels confident in.
Heâd been stuck in that cycle. In shape for a bit, falls off, starts again, never quite keeps the results.
No structure. No targets. Just hoping something would eventually stick.
When he joined the team, we built the roadmap from day one.
Phase 1 - Dropping the body fat.
Calories down. Steps up. Training dialled in.
Itâs monotonous.
My clients would probably tell you they hate this phase.
But itâs the foundation everything else is built on.
Phase 2 - Building the muscle.
This is where it gets fun. More food. More energy.
Hitting PBs you didnât think were possible. Hugo was putting up numbers on bench, squat, and pull-ups heâd never touched before.
Phase 3 - The photoshoot shred.
Calories cut to the bone. Energy running on fumes.
The biggest mental battle of the entire journey.
But this is where that holy s*it result is made.
Hugo dropped 15kg across the journey.
Came out the other side in the best shape of his life.
Even stopped reaching for his asthma pump because his fitness had improved that much.
Two years of showing up. And a result that speaks for itself.
If you want the same roadmap - clear phases, full accountability, and a coach whoâs done this over 100+ times...

Most people approach weight loss like theyâre running toward a finish line.
lauren.fit did the opposite.
She started at the finish line and worked backwards.
Hereâs what I mean...
When Alyssa joined my Beyond program, she had a big photo shoot in Dubai.
Plus her honeymoon right after.
She didnât want to just âlose some weight.â
Alyssa wanted to look incredible on specific dates.
So we reverse engineered the whole thing.
Step 1: We marked the shoot date on the calendar.
Step 2: We worked backwards week by week.
Each week had a specific focus. When to push hard. When to back off. When to refeed strategically.
No guessing. No âletâs see what happens.â
Just a clear roadmap from start to finish.
The result?
She dropped 18 pounds and crushed both the Dubai shoot and looked insane for her honeymoon.
But hereâs the cool part...
She did it without giving up date nights with her husband. She took a month long trip back home in LA during the process.
Plus, had social events throughout.
Life happened. The plan accounted for it.
Most diets fail because they pretend you live in a bubble.
My approach works because it assumes you have a real life with real commitments.

When you have this one trait, your physique potential is genuinely endless.
Resilience.
When first reached out to join the Beyond team with his wife , the goal was simple.
Unlock his raw potential, both mentally and physically.
But hereâs the thing about Danâs resilience.
It wasnât built overnight. It was forged through failure.
Heâd tried dieting himself. Tried bootcamps. Tried face to face personal training.
Nothing clicked.
The needle wouldnât budge.
So when we had our first call, everything went on the table.
No BS diet tactics. No âbro, legend, championâ nonsense.
Just brutal honesty.
When things are moving in the right direction, we enjoy the banter.
When we get knocked off course, sleeves come up and we bounce back.
Thatâs how Dan went from 94kg to 78kg in just under 14 weeks.
Hereâs what made it work.
We didnât just hand him a plan.
We built one around his actual life.
Running two businesses. Being a husband and father.
Thatâs never going to be straight sailing.
So we set milestone marks.
Every 5kg dropped earned a 2-3 day diet break.
Earn and recover.
This lined up perfectly with trips away and his anniversary.
Every controlled break brought his energy back through the roof and hunger for the next milestone.
Dan wasnât just ticking boxes. He was smashing them out the park.
16kg of body fat dropped. Zero added stress to an already stressful life.
The photos tell the story.
Got questions about Danâs journey or want to chat about your own shoot prep?
Drop me a DM.

Most of the best things in my life started as something I was scared to say yes to.
Not because it was wrongâŚ
But because it meant change.
New places.
New people.
New versions of me.
Every time Iâve grown, itâs been uncomfortable first.
Thatâs how you know it matters.
Saying no feels safe.
Saying yes is what moves you.
You donât need to have it all figured out.
(I know I certainly donât đ)
You just need to be brave enough to start.
If something keeps pulling at you latelyâŚ
Thatâs probably your yes.
