Starting the week with a gorgeous customer photo from Paper Botanical Artist // Paper Flowers ⚘️🌻 on our white florist paper, thank you so much for sharing 🌸

We've been busy bees this weekend getting things in place to make space for the new printer - still not quite there with the reshuffled room set up (read that as everything is still everywhere 😆) but she is now in position and ready to print her first job today! Exciting 🤩

It's new printer delivery day 🤩 I'm yet to give her a name but I have a Helga and Queen-E already, I'm sure they are delighted to have a new sister!

I've bought this one so we can continue growing the florist paper and custom printing side the business whilst keeping the other two machines mostly for wrapping paper. It also helps to have another during times of breakdowns (they are very temperamental!).

I told my eldest son the other day that we were getting another new printer, he said "you've got to be joking, where are we going to put it" - honestly, he has a point as they are not small but she is here now and I can't wait to get it set up!

It's fair to say though, my bank balance probably isn't as happy as I am, so please don't stop ordering 😆 as always, a huge thanks to you all for helping my small business to keep growing 💚

Yes, it's only September... but I feel it needs to be said that independents everywhere need us all to be with them this Christmas 💚

One purchase really CAN make a difference to a small business you like.

This is a friendly nudge to us all (me included!) to support the independents out there. Shop the handmade, shop the quirky, shop with places that keep money in our communities.

After all, I've said it before but Bezos has enough money already 😉

I'll get down off my soap box now, over and out 😂😂

We do a lot of custom printing these days and it is a wonderful thing to work with so many fabulous independent florists, businesses and artists 🩷

It always feels fulfilling seeing your designs and artwork come to life, and I especially love showing them to you.

If you'd like to enquire about custom printing - please do! I'm always happy to answer questions. As we move into the busier months, please be aware that our lead times for custom printing might increase (but I still have that new printer in my basket so watch this space... 👀🩷)

NEW and GORGEOUS! 🌻 We've had a bit of a switch around with designs and this new sunflower design by Curious Kin | Illustrated dino + wildlife eco gifts + prints is now on the website, firmly snuggled in top spot as one of my favourites!

If possible, it looks even more lovely in real life!

Printed on our recycled and recyclable Kraft paper and if you needed another excuse, each order plants a tree! 🌳😊

Aah, I've been putting off telling you about our new Christmas range as we've had to make some changes! Thankfully, it's all good now though! Swipe to the last image for a picture of the new paper - I hope you'll love it! 🤞💚

It really has been so stressful finding a new supplier which meets all of our requirements, we don't have the buying power of bigger businesses and I've been poorly this week too so it's been a struggle... 😭

Thank you for the orders we've had, lots of you have noticed that the new Christmas range has been added to the website and ordered already! I have loved seeing those come through 🩷

If you'd like to try the new thicker paper particularly, let me know! I can't wait to hear your feedback!

You can find the Christmas range under 'seasonal' on our website 🎅🏻 www.planetwrapit.com

Every order plants a tree 🌳

(I will be updating the website descriptions with the new paper spec. over the next week ☺️)

A little peek at some of the packaging designs that we have done over the last week or so! If you have any photos of our paper being used - please send them over, it's great to see it in action! 🩷

It's been busy busy behind the scenes this week getting ready to launch the new Christmas collection! Looking forward to showing you the new range very soon! 🤩

Well, what a summer hols it has been... we got married, went to Devon in our van (twice even though it's sooo far away from us... we enjoyed it that much the first time!), and we've had a lovely time with the kids. We were kindly gifted some money from our wedding so we decided to spend it on making family memories and it's been really lovely to be able to do that. Our usual summer holidays aren't so busy or glamorous!

The kids are back at school on Thursday so it shall be business as usual. I'm hoping to get all the new Christmas stuff on the website in the next week or two - lots of new stuff has been ordered and made so I'm excited to show you all that!

Next postage date will be Wednesday 2nd August, as always, thank you for keeping me busy 🩷 I love seeing your orders come through, and you help keep PlanetWrapIt open.

Enjoy the bank holiday Monday!

Not sure why I feel guilty writing this because you are definitely all going to cope without me 😂 but we've decided to take some more days off next week to spend as a family and make the most of the school holidays.

As a family run business, unfortunately this means that deliveries will be a little delayed (although please still order if you can wait 🙏🏻).

As for feeling guilty, I know it's daft but I think sometimes, we're all so conditioned to work and get on with daily life that we forget to make time to do the nicer things, so.... that said, I'm going to take a few more days off with my three little ones, they've been so patient this week whilst I've printed all day! 🫣

I'll put a little note on the top of the website for when you can expect your orders to be sent (likely 23rd August) and please, feel free to order if you can wait a few more days - it's a bit scary being 'closed' as a small business owner.

Anyway, I'll try and get up-to-date before I go with any outstanding orders, you've kept me busy this week - thank you 😊
