Helen joined my Online Program in April

She had gained weight over lockdown

She was feeling generally rubbish, lacking energy and had lost her mojo...

She was struggling to keep up with the pace on family walks...

And wasn't exercising or paying attention to her diet

It's so easy to get into a rut like this where you feel stuck, unmotivated and can't see a way out...

Jo has now lost an incredible 6 stone since joining the Online Fitness Project!โฃ

When Jo reached out for help she was frustrated that she couldnโ€™t lose weight!โฃ

She had tried many things including several fad diets but despite some early weight loss she always ended up back at square one!โฃ

The problem is that harsh caloric restriction, like super low calories or cutting out entire food groups can work temporarilyโ€ฆโฃ

โ€ฆAnd usually results in short term weight loss followed by the inevitable rebound effect as will-power runs out and the weight piles back onโ€ฆ often with interest!โฃ

And you end up stuck in the cycle of losing the same 10lbs over and over again!โฃ

FRUSTRATING as hell and can lead to feelings of shame/guilt etcโฃ

Sustainable weight loss is all about balance!โฃ

You need a realistic and sustainable exercise and nutrition plan that you can actually stick to over time!โฃ
