Helen joined my Online Program in April
She had gained weight over lockdown
She was feeling generally rubbish, lacking energy and had lost her mojo...

Jo has now lost an incredible 6 stone since joining the Online Fitness Project!โฃ

She had tried many things including several fad diets but despite some early weight loss she always ended up back at square one!โฃ
