If you’re a woman over 40 and fed up of trying plan after plan with nothing sticking, then read this.

My coaching is not generic.
Not outsourced.
Not AI.
Not quick fixes.

You get:
A nutrition plan that fits YOU
A workout plan that fits YOU
Daily support and accountability
Real education and skills for life
And a coach who actually gives a damn

Most of my clients lose around 4–5kg in their first few weeks.
Not because of extremes, but because we build a system that works around their real life, hormones, stress and schedule.

You are not meant to do this alone.
With the right structure and support, it is absolutely doable.

Comment I’M IN and let’s get started.

Out for lunch today with my friend and yes, I’m having pie and mash.

I’ve planned for it.
I’ve banked a couple of hundred calories the last few days
I’ve had a lighter breakfast
I will be having a smaller dinner tonight
I’m going to ensure I get some extra steps in, especially after my lunch
I am still hitting the gym tonight

This is how I coach women over 40 for real fat loss.

Not avoidance, just planning around it

At the end of the day, we have a life to live and enjoy and not be a hermit

You can still eat out.
You just need a system, not a quick fix.

You don’t get AI with me.
You don’t get fake promises.
And you definitely don’t get miracle results that fall apart after a few weeks.

You get a real coach who understands real life, menopause, stress, setbacks and starting again more times than you care to remember.

I’m not for you if you want a quick fix because they don’t work long term.

They don’t fix the mindset, habits and patterns that got you stuck in the first place.

Most of my clients lose around 4–5kg in their first few weeks, get stronger in body and mind, fit into clothes they haven’t worn in years and start feeling like themselves again.

No noise.
No nonsense.
No pretending it’s easy.

Just support, accountability, education and systems that fit around your life and from someone who genuinely cares.

If that sounds like what you’ve been missing, you know where I am.

If the thought of walking into a gym makes your stomach flip, this is for you.

You’re not weak.
You’re not being dramatic and there’s definitely nothing wrong with you.

So many women over 40 feel exactly the same, even if no one talks about it.

The noise, the mirrors, the feeling that everyone knows what they’re doing except you.

I totally understand.

That fear doesn’t mean you can’t do this. It just means you haven’t felt supported yet.

You don’t need confidence to start. You need someone in your corner, showing you what to do, reminding you that no one’s watching, and helping you breathe through the moment until it feels OK.

If you’ve been avoiding the gym for years because of nerves, please know you’re not alone and it doesn’t have to stay this way.

One step. One session. One calm voice beside you.

If you don’t believe me, please go and read the reviews for yourself.

Real women are buying these patches, getting zero results, and then being refused refunds.

That’s not bad luck, that’s a scam.

I get it though. I really do.

When you’re a woman over 40, your body feels like it’s changed overnight.

What used to work doesn’t anymore.

You’re tired, frustrated, fed up of trying and failing… and a “quick fix” feels really tempting.

But here’s the truth no advert wants to tell you

Quick fixes don’t fix mindset.
They don’t change habits.
They don’t build systems that support you for life.

At least with me, what you see is what you get.

No fake bodies.
No lab coats.
No pretending I’ve got a magic wand.

I’m not perfect, but I’m real.
I care.
I show up.
I support you every step of the way.
And I coach in a way that’s as individual as you are.

I don’t sell hope wrapped in AI and filters.

I change lives by teaching women how to work with their body, not fight it.

If you want honesty, support and results that actually last, you know where I am.

I had a message from a client this morning that genuinely made me feel proud.

Proud of her for listening, adapting, and doing the sensible thing so her knee can heal and get stronger, while still moving forwards. If I’m honest, I’m proud of myself too!

If you’re over 40, you’ll probably get this. Most of us are carrying niggles, old injuries, achy joints. We’re not as agile as we once were and we don’t bounce back as quickly, especially when hormones start shifting and joint pain creeps in.

That doesn’t mean we stop. It means we adapt.

This is what I do with my clients every day, and it’s exactly how I train myself too. I have to navigate my own muscle condition, which can be pretty debilitating at times, so I understand what it’s like to work around your body rather than fight it.

It’s not about perfect bodies or smashing yourself for the sake of it. It’s about having the right support, from someone who understands because they’re navigating it themselves.

And honestly, moments like this remind me why I do what I do.

If you want to be coached by someone who gets it then you know where I am!

What a lovely day so far:

Taught Grit Class
Taught strength class

Back home to do some client check ins and then chill

Walked Roxy at Chorlton Waterpark

Some nice pictures of the sun setting.

Days are finally getting longer so able to get some longer walks in.

No off to hospital to visit his mum

It’s important to take time out for YOU because you matter as much as everyone else around you.

We are into our 2nd week of January and we’re back into routine and you’re probably thinking those extra pounds should have shifted by now.

If you’re over 40 and they haven’t, it’s not because you’re doing anything wrong. I’ve been there. Your body has changed and it needs a different approach.

If you want help fixing this properly, DM me ONWARD

One week in.
Not perfect.
Not polished.

But moving forward anyway.

Life didn’t pause.
Training happened.
Food was navigated.
Strength went up.

This is what progress actually looks like.

Went to a Counterblade Seminar yesterday.

Not out of fear, but to be prepared.

The priority wasn’t fighting.
It was awareness.
Spotting danger early, creating distance, using everyday objects to protect yourself and avoiding the situation altogether.

We covered counterblade skills, first aid and tourniquet use, then finished with a full stress test.

Exhausted. Disorientated. Then an attacker came at me.

It was uncomfortable, intense and very real.
But I’d rather practise in a safe environment than be caught off guard in the street.

Preparation isn’t paranoia.
It’s responsibility.
