Hopefully you will know I’m and have been a bit Obsessed with my martial arts for the last 20 years
I’ve started a ladies only class ,
The main reason is because you ladies need to know how to look after yourself..💪
Yes there are schools for everyone, but some of you wouldn’t go or never thought about walking in to normally mostly men class.
If you come to my class you will have fun , you will stretch properly, you can talk 😊 ask as many questions as you like and wear what you like .. and definitely learn how to look after yourself ..
please give it a go , you have nothing to lose , first class is free 😊
