So last weekend I took a lil trip up to Aviemore for my birthday๐โฐ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ
On the Saturday we decided to go on a nice long hike walking almost 7 Miles! ๐ฅพ
We started off at Loch Morlich and walked all the way to the Green Loch ( An Lochan Uaine)๐

Going on nice scenic walks is so good for your mentality, getting the fresh air into your lungs.
I honestly felt amazing ! (Although my legs were killing me the next day๐

Another fantastic session today from Victoria Barr๐ฅ๐ฅ
Although Victoria has only been with myself for 3 weeks, I can see a HUGE difference in her fitness levels already ! The hard work is certainly paying off ๐ฅ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
Could not be prouder ! ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ

Although we had a few technical issues starting the class we managed to get through it ๐๐๐

There are 2 types of motivation:
1๏ธโฃ ๐๐ญ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ฃ๐จ๐๐- This is award driven behaviour, eg wanting to fit into a pair of jeans or aiming for a specific weight.
2๏ธโฃ ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ฃ๐จ๐๐- The act of doing something without an external reward. Such as doing something because itโs enjoyable, fun or important to you.
There are multiple reasons why people may not be motivated to do exercise:
โSedentary Jobs & Lifestyle
โFear of exercising
โBusy Lifestyles
โDislike to exercise
And the list is endless......
So what can I do to help YOU motivated to exercise

1๏ธโฃ Workout Buddy ๐ฏ- Do a workout with company. A study by Kansas University demonstrated that working out with a friend increases the intensity of your workout by 200%โผ๏ธ
2๏ธโฃ Music ๐ถ- Create your own banging playlist to work out to
3๏ธโฃ Get a Coach/ PT ๐ฉโ๐ซ- they keep you on track and constantly push for you to achieve your own goals ๐๐ผโโ๏ธME
4๏ธโฃ Caffeineโ๏ธ- gives you that extra boost of energy pre workout
5๏ธโฃ Set Small Goals ๐ฅ
- feel accomplished when you achieve them example (do 20 squats)
