✨ Meet Victoria✨

Victoria has been a trainer at Sassy for over 9 years! And it’s her “favourite place to be!” She began her journey in the beauty industry back in 2010, achieving her NVQ Level 2 & 3 at Chichester College. After gaining valuable experience working in salons, she discovered a true passion not just for treatments, but for helping others grow and succeed in the industry.

This led her to qualify as a teacher, earning her PTLLS qualification, allowing her to share her extensive knowledge and inspire the next generation of beauty professionals.

Alongside her work in beauty, Victoria is also a dedicated fitness instructor, bringing energy, confidence, and a holistic approach to wellbeing into everything she does 💪✨

Passionate, experienced, and driven — Victoria is committed to helping others look and feel their best inside and out. 🌿

Meet Rachael 💖

Rachael is the proud owner of Sassy Training Academy and has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. After becoming a mother and looking for a more flexible career, she began her journey by completing a foundation CIBTAC/CIDESCO course at Bretlands Beauty School.

It wasn’t long before Rachael discovered her true passion — the nail industry (no surprise with her love of art! 🎨). She went on to train with Jacqui Jefford at CND (formerly Designer Nails), and with this incredible foundation, she successfully launched her own nail business. This naturally led her into a fulfilling career in teaching, where she could share her skills and inspire others.

At the end of 2016, Rachael followed her vision and opened her own training school — Sassy Training Academy was born! ✨

The name “Sassy” was inspired by the definition of a sassy woman: lively, bold, full of spirit, and unapologetically herself — everything Rachael stands for and encourages in her students every day. 💫
