Squirrels Day Nursery is unusual in that it operates as a not-for-profit, Parent committee-led and Nursery Manager Setting. Since we are not aiming to make a profit, we are able to plough any surplus income back into the nursery and ensure that it remains THE most affordable childcare provider in Whitton.

📚📔Celebrating 'World book day 2023!' 🤩 Our staff and children at Squirrels Day Nursery have all thoroughly enjoyed getting involved with dressing up as book characters from books.
We had a fun filled day of Face-painting, baking with the children, dancing games and exploring books with some great art work done by our children!
Well done to everyone that took part and for great staff team work!🤩

Welcome back to all our friends and families at Squirrels Day Nursery for the new term! We had a lovely Graduation Day - event for all our leavers that will be now moving on to start their new journey! We are very proud of our 'Super Preschoolers!'

This week at the nursery we had a special event - 'Father's Day BBQ Lunch Party' to give our children's fathers a little extra recognition in honouring them for their priceless love and constant support to their child's well being and growth!

Our children love to take part of gardening activities whether indoors or outdoors! During the week they have been so eager to help me with caring for one of our new large indoor plant.
A special thankyou to one of our lovely parents that have generously allowed us to home this earthly beauty!

This week's theme at Squirrels is AUTUMN! we have set up an Autumn sensory tray for the children to explore using magnifying glasses.
We have also set up a number hunt using noodles and chopsticks to support diversity. The children will be encouraged to use the chopsticks to find the numbers.

Squirrels Day Nursery, Whitton, is looking for new children to play with. We have spaces available for children aged 2 to 5 years old at our fabulous nursery located in the heart of Whitton.
